Responsible gambling
You must be 21 or older to use sportsbooks in most US states (age rules vary by state and province; in Ontario it's 19+). LimitWatch is for adults only.
Being limited means a sportsbook thinks you're winning. Most bettors lose. Treat betting as entertainment you can afford, never as a way to fix money problems.

Stay in control
- Set deposit, loss and time limits in your sportsbook account. Every licensed book offers them.
- Use your state's or province's self-exclusion program if you need a break.
- Never chase losses or bet money meant for bills.
- Warning signs: betting more to get the same thrill, hiding betting from family, borrowing to bet.
